S.1829: Ensures that those who commit the crime of identity theft or the crime of unlawful possession of personal identification information receive a just punishment when the crime is committed against a member of the armed forces.

S.6952: Designates a portion of State Route 174 as the Father Joseph Champlin Memorial Highway.

S.6915: Permits wine to be consumed throughout the New York State Fairgrounds.

S.8311: Relates to the terms of employment of the nonjudicial officers and employees of the unified court system.

S.5129: Prohibits a court from invalidating or revoking a will or codicil from an incapacitated person.

S.5271: Establishes specific proceedings which must occur upon the death of an incapacitated person to facilitate the transition from guardianship to an estate.

S. 5966: Ensures that divorce or annulment revokes any revocable disposition or appointment of property to a former spouse.

S.8303: Provides permanent authority to nonjudicial referees to issue orders of protection during evening sessions of the Family Court.
